A reunion Wednesday between a Mulberry 8-year-old and her puppy put a happy spin on an outbreak of the canine parvovirus at the SPCA. Since the outbreak was discovered June 23, the Lakeland animal shelter has euthanized 13 puppies and taken other precautions to prevent a spread of the disease. Zoe was lucky.
